• Children ages 4 and under are FREE and do not need a ticket.
• If you're purchasing a student or senior ticket, you must show a valid student card or seniors card at box office.
• We recommend arrival a few minutes before your start session to ensure prompt entry. The ArtVo experience will take approximately one hour. We understand that sometimes delays may occur or there might be a need to reschedule bookings. If you do miss your allocated time, your tickets are valid for use for up to 12 months from date of purchase. There is no need to re-book as we have made allocations for walk ins. Simply present your existing ticket (with barcode) for admittance.
• Online ticket holders must produce photo I.D. that matches both the ticket booking name and credit or debit card used to settle this transaction.
• Simply buy a gift voucher and immediately receive an email with your e-ticket details. Gift vouchers expire 3 years from date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are easy to redeem. Bookings are not essential. Walk-ins are currently available and you will be allocated a session upon arrival.
